Mission Statement
To be a cornerstone of the Leeston Community through the provision of sporting and social enjoyment, with rugby at the heart of our organisation.
Vision / Goals
- Fund our ongoing activity and development.
- Field a team in every grade through improved player recruitment, retention and development.
- Increase the number of volunteers in coaching and administration.
- Remain represented at Division 1 level in whatever shape or form.
- Foster Junior Rugby
- Encourage female participation.
- Have access to clubrooms facilities unencumbered by the ongoing maintenance and management requirement.

Leeston Rugby Football Club has a long and proud continuous presence in the Ellemere Community. The Club works co-operatively with neighbouring clubs to support JAB and age group rugby and the Community remains supportive of the Club and proud of its achievements. Club facilities are used extensively by the Community.
