Club History
The Burnham Rugby Club was formed from the Southern Military Districts post WWII, mainly from soldiers posted from all parts of New Zealand. We pride ourselves on the shared values of the New Zealand Army. We offer a secure environment with great facilities for members and guests. Whether your goal is to win, development, or just participate, the Burnham Rugby Club is open to anyone.
Representative Honours
In 2006 two senior players represented Ellesmere Senior Team and two players represented Canterbury Maori. A number of players were selected for the NZ Army and NZ Defence Force teams.
