DARFIELD CLUB MEMBERS GET THE CHANCE TO SHOW CLUB COLOURS ON AMI STADIUM

Saturday the 16^th August is going to be a great day of rugby with the Metro Division 1 finals in the afternoon and the Metro Colts final being played as a curtain raiser to the Canterbury v Auckland game at AMI Stadium.

The evening has a ‘club rugby’ theme with junior teams, representing most of the clubs, doing a ‘March Past’ after the Colts final and prior to the Canterbury v Auckland game.

CBS Canterbury the sponsor of Metropolitan senior rugby is the match day sponsor and they have got into the spirit of the event by offering a prize of $1,000 to one lucky spectator that is wearing their club colours. That person will also be given the opportunity nominate a club to receive an additional $1,000 term deposit. The winner will be selected at approximately 7.15pm after the March Past is complete.
