Crusaders visit schools

On March 17th members of the Crusaders squad worked with hundreds of schools players in both city and country schools - including, for the first time, two girls schools - providing coaching tips, answering questions, signing autographs and generally acting as great role models for young players. CRFU Rugby Administration Manager Tim Webster said: "The relationship between its professional team and grassroots rugby is one of the strengths of Canterbury rugby. This day is a fantastic example of the power of that relationship in action."
