Strength and Nutrition SeminarExperienced CRFU Trainer Greg Thompson, demonstrated the basics of strength development and training to a small but receptive number of boys at CBHS today. The boys practised essential body-weight and partner exercises and learnt that the key principle to any successful strength work is good form. Optimal nutrition strategies were also covered by Kris Tynan and the boys picked up several practical tips they can put into practice around match and training regimes.
