Midweek Round 7 - Linwood Beats AranuiLinwood College beat traditional rivals Aranui HS by 46 - 7 to qualify for a home Cup semi-final against Riccarton HS who beat Ellesmere College by 24 - 15 to qualify fourth. Boys' High defeated Cathedral College to claim second place in the pool; they will play Aranui HS who finished third, in the other Cup semi final.
