St. Bede's achieve "three-peat."St. Bede's College beat Christchurch Boys' High School 27-12 in the Press Cup final with the forwards paving the way for a third consecutive Press Cup victory and fourth consecutive final. CBHS were beaten at the breakdown and only managed to get back in the game after it was well out of reach. In the Bowl and Plate finals, St. Andrew's lost to Marlborough BC 16-22 and St. Thomas's beat Waimea College 8-3 in a hard-fought encounter.
